R Planning led a team on behalf our client, The Investment Room, in securing planning permissions for a total of 385 apartments at an iconic site in Bradford.

The scheme includes the conversion of a Grade II listed building and was praised by Bradford Council as a “great plan for the site”. Brilliant work from a fabulous team on this one! Project architects, 2131 Ltd, designed the scheme.
