This project involved the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed farmhouse, conversion of curtilage listed buildings and various other works to provide for a residential development in this popular part of Kirklees. The scheme was designed by Studio Gedye Architects.

Along with the heritage issues, the scheme needed to address issues of highways safety, ecology, trees, residential amenity and land contamination. JR Planning lead the project from the outset, culminating in a planning permission which our clients were thrilled to receive.
