Acting on behalf of a local developer, and in conjunction with Axis Architecture, JR Planning secured planning permission this redevelopment of a car sales site to form ground floor commercial units with apartments above.
The application had to address issues of highways safety, neighbouring amenity, character and land contamination but our considered and robust justification was successful in persuading Sheffield City Council’s planning committee that the scheme should be approved.
This scheme will bring significant benefits to the local area in terms of investment and housing delivery.
