Brightman Clarke Architects engaged us on this project after their initial submission received negative feedback from the planning officer at Sheffield City Council. We prepared a detailed supporting statement which focussed on the planning history for the site, local precedent, the existing pattern of development in the area and the high quality of design proposed.
