Acting on behalf of a local developer, and in conjunction with Axis Architecture, JR Planning secured planning permission this mixed use scheme featuring ground floor commercial units with apartments above.
The application faced heavy opposition from a group of local residents, but our considered and robust justification was successful in persuading Sheffield City Council’s planning committee that the scheme should receive the green light.
This scheme will bring significant benefits to the local area in terms of investment and housing delivery and has been carefully designed to respect the character of the local area.
