We have recently submitted a planning application for this new dwelling in Grenoside, Sheffield.

The scheme, designed by Brightman Clarke Architects, proposes the demolition of existing stables/ storage buildings and replacement with this family dwelling. The site is located within the Green Belt and we have demonstrated benefits to openness via consolidation of built form, removal of unsightly buildings, removal of paraphernalia and the introduction of sensitive landscaping.

A great little scheme that will deliver benefits to openness, ecological enhancements and a well-designed, family home.
