An example of perseverance paying off! This site required multiple applications to reach the final position of 4 luxury dwellings in the Wakefield Green Belt. The scheme involved the redevelopment of a driving range and the design needed to ensure no harm to the openness of the Green Belt whilst also respecting the agricultural character of the local area.
