Working closely with Neil Bowen Architects, we secured a planning appeal success to deliver this fantastic home in the Green Belt, Wakefield. We were able to demonstrate to the Inspector that the proposal would not result in harm to the openness of the Green Belt, and that the scheme was acceptable in all other respects.

This development is located in a row of sites where we have also secured permissions for Green Belt redevelopments in the Wakefield Green Belt including the construction of two “underground” dwellings on the site of a former pub car park.
