We were appointed to work alongside Brightman Clarke Architects, and a range of other professionals, to secure planning permission for this scheme of 3 bespoke dwellings outside of the settlement limits for the village of Pilsley, North East Derbyshire.

We had to work hard to convince the planning officer of the merits of the scheme, culminating in an approval from the planning committee.
