We were appointed to prepare, submit and manage this application for a mixed-use development of 9 commercial units and 2 car sales buildings close the Xscape Centre, Castleford. The scheme included ecological enhancements, renewable energy technologies and green walling.

The proposal proved to be extremely controversial and ended up involving multiple applications and appeals. This project required perseverance, diligence and professionalism to overcome multiple attempts to derail it from determined objectors. Ultimately we secured planning permission for our client which will provide him with a long-term, sustainable income flow.
